Eating Habits of Caregivers

Have you noticed a change in your weight that may correspond to the increase in your caregiving responsibilities? Are you eating balanced meals? Several fruits and vegetable portions throughout the day? Have you lost your appetite? Are you a nibbler or a grazer? Are you a late night eater? Are you eating processed or prepared meals? Often caregivers are not taking the time to prepare well and nutritionally balanced meals for themselves. This can lead to weight loss or even weight gain.
